Please note the chocolat bar mold is not deep enough for Dubai Bars, so if you want to make filled chocolate bars please choose other deeper chocolate bar molds, we have some deep chocolate bar molds for option
The mold is made of 100% polycarbonate, which is hard enough for long time use，non stick surface can help you diy your own chocolates in perfect shape,There are 3 different shape chocolate bars in one mold
Once you tempered your chocolate and set in the freezer for about half an hour, the chocolate bars came out of the mold easily. You must temper the chocolate though.
This chocolate bar mold is very nice and easy to work with, if tempering the chocolate in the correct way and placing in the fridge for some minutes, it will come out very shiny and beautiful . I prefer this kind of hard mold than silicone ones to work with.
